To request a product exchange or refund, please send your request on WhatsApp that includes the following information:
- Order number
- Attach a picture or video of the problem or defect to the product
- Attach a copy of the bill 
- Attach the phone wallet
The replacement request is reviewed within 24 hours and after approval, the replacement will be made according to the replacement policy on the site within a period of 5 to 7 working days, Friday and Saturday are off.
